Air solenoid valve
Air solenoid valves are essential devices for the precise and reliable control of air flows in numerous industrial and domestic applications. Designed to ensure maximum safety, durability and high performance, these valves regulate the passage of air in pneumatic and automation systems.
Air solenoid valve operation
Air solenoid valves are electromechanical components that use a coil (solenoid) to open or close the passage of compressible air within a pneumatic circuit.
- Circuit opening: when the solenoid receives electric current, it generates a magnetic field that attracts a moving core, allowing compressed air to flow through the valve to the desired circuit.
- Circuit closing: by interrupting the power supply, the magnetic field disappears, the movable core returns to its original position and blocks the passage of air, keeping the circuit closed and safe.
Our air solenoid valves
Types
Direct acting air solenoid valve:
Ideal for low flow rates and moderate pressures, it allows fast response times and high operational reliability.
Servo-assisted air solenoid valve:
Suitable for handling high air flow rates and high pressures, it makes use of the pressure of the fluid itself to facilitate opening and closing.
Proportional air solenoid valve:
Allows precise, continuous control of the air flow, ideal for applications where it is necessary to regulate variable flows.
Applications
ndustrial automation:
They regulate airflows in pneumatic systems, automated handling, robotics and production lines.
Automotive sector:
They manage the air distribution in air suspension systems and braking systems.
Medical machinery:
They control the air regulation in medical devices, respirators and diagnostic equipment.
Air treatment and air conditioning:
Indispensable in HVAC systems for flow management and to ensure energy efficiency.
Packaging and packing:
They ensure optimal air control in automatic packing systems and packaging lines.
Automated distribution:
Used in automated machines for precise air management in product dispensing and handling operations.
