Specifically designed for use on machines where it is necessary to precisely manage the opening and closing of dosing channels. Thanks to their compact structure and rapid response, these solenoid valves allow precise control of the filling cycles, ensuring hygiene, reliability and synchronisation with the other phases of the production line.
It is based on a solenoid system that controls the opening or closing of a mechanical pinching device, generally mounted at the outlet of a dosing funnel.
When the valve receives an electrical impulse, the solenoid activates and causes the valve seal (or pinching device) to move, allowing the controlled release of the liquid or the interruption of the flow.
ACL manufactures these valves in food-compatible materials, with specific seals for viscous, sensitive or abrasive fluids. The simplified design makes it easy to sanitise and maintain.
Food dosing systems:
management of oils, sauces, creams or juices in containers of various shapes.
Cosmetic lines:
controlled filling of bottles with shampoos, lotions, detergents or viscous products.
Pharmaceutical sector:
dosing of liquid solutions in vials, bottles and sterile containers.
Packaging:
precise release of the liquid product in flexible formats, without dripping.
Light chemical production:
dosing of technical liquids in small containers or automatic samplers.
Laboratories and pilot plants:
release control for filling tests or small scale simulations.
