Steam solenoid valve
Steam solenoid valves are essential components in steam control systems in numerous industrial and domestic applications. These devices regulate the flow of steam precisely and efficiently, ensuring safety, reliability, and optimal performance in heating, sterilization, air conditioning, and many other applications.
Operation
A steam solenoid valve is an electromechanical device designed to control the flow of steam through an automated opening and closing mechanism. Its operation is based on an electromagnetic coil that, when energized, generates a magnetic field capable of activating the movement of a moving core.
- Opening the circuit: When the solenoid valve is activated, the electromagnetic coil lifts the core, allowing steam to flow through the valve.
- Closing the circuit: When the current is interrupted, a spring pushes the core back to its original position, blocking the flow of steam.
- Pressure regulation: Some steam solenoid valves are designed to modulate the flow of steam based on system needs, ensuring efficient energy management and greater safety.

Connection types
L-shaped fitting:
Features an inlet and outlet arranged at a right angle, ideal for installations in small spaces or for directing steam flow in specific directions.
Straight fitting:
The inlet and outlet are linearly aligned, ensuring smooth flow and facilitating integration into systems with straight fluid paths.
